“MHFA Training was really great! Wonderful set up and really appreciated the space. Trainers were kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. They kept the class flowing and moving along, and also made time for participants to share and feel included in the conversation. Packed with information, not overwhelming. I learned a lot!”- anonymous

“One of the most helpful parts of the Youth MHFA training was learning practical strategies for recognizing and responding to early signs of mental health challenges in young people. The activities and role-play scenarios were especially impactful- they allowed me to practice active listening in a safe environment, which helped build my confidence in real-life situations. I also appreciated learning about trauma-informed approaches and how certain behaviors might be rooted in deeper struggles rather than defiance. Overall, the training gave me a stronger sense of awareness and better tools to support the youth I work with, both emotionally and practically.”- V.C.
